In order to prevent fraud, TradeRay always confirms your account details, especially if the shipping address is different from your billing address. Hold on! How do I make sure my customers don't buy directly from TradeRay?
We never include TradeRay publicity materials within the packages that are being sent to your end customers. All dropshipping documents (i.e. invoice, custom's clearance documents, etc) DO NOT have TradeRay information. In fact, we put your company name and information on the shipping documents so that your customers always think the products are coming straight from you. If the order is being shipped directly from China to your end customers, we do use a customs clearance stamp that shows non-identifiable Chinese text. So, you need not worry.
